Wine of intense straw yellow color, limpid, consistent. On the nose hints of medicinal plants, lime, aromatic grass, acacia flowers, Elegant notes of peach and pear. Dry, warm, savory, soft on the palate, with hints of exotic fruit, bitter almond that persist in the finish. It goes well with classic dishes of traditional Friulian and Carnic cuisine in particular. Baked sea bream, tuna tartare, fish soups, jota, San Daniele ham and cheeses.
